Job Position

Licensed Property Manager

Position status: OPEN

Position Overview

Perform a wide variety of administrative and leasing duties to ensure first class facilities are provided to all customers. The primary tasks include responding to leasing inquiries, showing vacant suites, processing rental applications and assisting in the resident retention process at the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify customers on the phone or in person with the view that the end result will be a new resident.
  • Answer phone calls, and respond to email and walk-in rental enquiries.
  • Process applications for prospective residents — ensure credit information, landlord and employer references are correct and complete.
  • Schedule and complete suite showings with prospective residents.
  • Prepare move-in files and ensure all appropriate documents, cards and keys are enclosed.
  • Schedule and complete move-in and move-out inspections with residents.
  • Record or assist property maintenance
  • Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure signage is properly displayed and property aesthetics are in good order.
  • Ensure compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act in all procedures.
  • Execute all work in a safe, professional manner in compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Reports to Managing broker.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Managing broker.
  • Be a team player

Working hours

Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends- Commission and Salary

Qualifications

  • Must be able to speak English fluently
  • Mandarin or Cantonese are assets but not required
  • Must have a valid BC driver license and own a vehicle
  • Good presentation and customer service skills
  • Must be able to lift up 30 lb.
  • Perform or knowledgeable of home interior maintain and repairs.

Office Administratior

Position status: Close

Position Overview

Perform a wide variety of administrative to ensure first class facilities are provided to all customers. The primary tasks include resident retention process or service arrangement of the property.

Key Responsibilities

  • Additional Delegate work to office support staff and property managers.
  • Business Equipment and Computer Applications Spreadsheet; MS Excel; MS Windows; MS Word; Electronic mail; MS Office Additional Skills
  • Specific Skills Carry out administrative activities of establishment;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets;
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Be a team player

Maintenance Worker

Position status: Closed

Position Overview

This Maintenance position requires the individual to be responsible for the day to day Maintenance operations at different Suites at Metro Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process paperwork from customers and staff, answer inquiries from clients and provide information; explain services offered; maintain records and statistics; and perform general office duties.
  • Review and send inspection sheet generated by Maintenance after visit
  • Review estimates built from inspection generated by the technician to follow-up with client for approval
  • Update data base to include estimates; estimates are kept with inspections until approved
  • Communicate via Email and phone with customer directly regarding their contract including all service calls, inspections, and estimates for approval and next steps
  • Helping leasing agent doing Moving out inspection.
  • The successful candidate must have an excellent service attitude, have computer and telephone skills, can work under pressure, able to drive and have a Car.
  • This position will involve cross-training and will be an excellent opportunity for the right person to grow and develop all their office, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
